1950s Sheer Black Lace Circle SkirtThis is an incredible 1950s skirt, I have never seen another like it! This skirt is sheer black lace, a full circle overskirt with a velvet waistband. There is a 2" section of the waistband where the velvet is separating from the grosgrain ribbon waistband lining. It is an easy fix, I have shown a photo.
