There is a black cross design with black rhinestones across the hips, it gives the illusion of an asymmetric drop waist. Bottom of the skirt is dark charcoal. The dress is knit and has a lot of give. The skirt is lined, so although the exterior hips can stretch, the lining cannot. The lining would be easy to remove and the hips could easily accommodate 46" without it.
